부위별 잘 파앋해서 관리해야 할 듯요
Acne is an inflammatory disease that occurs in the sebaceous glands attached to hair follicles. It appears in various places on the face, such as the forehead, chin, nose, and sides of the ears, and the causes are said to differ depending on the location of the breakout. In fact, traditional Korean medicine reportedly assesses one's health based on the location of acne. So today, I will explain the causes of acne by area and the health implications associated with its location.
· near the head
Acne on the scalp and around the head is often caused by not rinsing shampoo or conditioner properly or not washing your face thoroughly, so it is recommended to wash your face thoroughly, including the hairline, on a regular basis.
· Forehead, between the eyebrows
The forehead is one of the areas most prone to acne. Forehead acne is caused by excessive sebum secretion or an increase in pubertal hormones, while acne between the eyebrows can occur when the body's elimination of toxins is not functioning properly. Additionally, if you have bangs or use hair products, acne can sometimes break out due to oil accumulating on the bangs.
· cheek
The cheeks are the part of the body most frequently exposed to external stimuli rather than health issues, so this condition may occur if you frequently touch your cheeks, engage in long phone calls using a smartphone, fail to keep your pillow clean, or wear a mask for an extended period.
· Mouth, chin
Although the mouth and chin areas have relatively little flesh and fewer sebaceous glands, acne can occur due to hygiene issues arising from food intake or irritation from clothing; acne around the mouth is caused by digestive disorders and hormonal imbalances, and in women, it is more likely to occur during menstruation.
· nose
The nose has a high sebum production rate and relatively poor blood circulation compared to other areas. If you do not wash your face properly, frequently blow your nose due to rhinitis, or irritate the nose, acne can easily break out.
