충분한 수면이 피부에 제일 좋죠
Sometimes, when my insomnia is really severe, I can barely sleep at all.
However, I definitely noticed a difference in my skin condition in the morning between days I slept a lot and days I barely slept!
On days when I don't get enough sleep, my skin feels really dry and dull, and my makeup cakes.
As expected, getting enough sleep seems to be good for the skin.
Let's all get enough sleep for our skin!! Haha
