Carrot water foot bath
Carrots, which are easily available anywhere, are surprisingly effective at eliminating foot odor.
This is because the excellent antibacterial effect of beta-carotene in carrots kills germs inside the skin pores.
If you have old carrots sitting in the refrigerator, don't throw them in the trash; instead, invest in them for your feet.
Potato Peel one carrot with a peeler.
▼
If that is too much trouble, roughly chop the carrots into pieces that are not too big.
▼
Put 1 liter of water and all the carrot peels into a pot and bring it to a rolling boil.
▼
Once the carrot water has steeped, turn off the heat and let it cool, then pour it into a basin and soak your feet.
▼
After soaking your feet in carrot-infused water for about 30 minutes, dry them thoroughly with a towel, making sure to wipe every nook and cranny of your toes.
