Review of overcoming seborrheic dermatitis
I developed seborrheic dermatitis in my 20s due to reckless lifestyle habits (drinking, irregular sleep).
Since applying or taking various medications (steroids, antibiotics) only provides temporary relief, I am looking for a more fundamental solution.
I put in the effort, and as a result, I realized that my daily routine involved not sweating too much. I have since followed a pattern of sweating through half-body baths, doing simple exercises, improving my diet, and abstaining from alcohol. After a year, the redness gradually faded, and now I am almost completely cured. The flushing I developed back then hasn't completely disappeared, but thinking back to how it was makes me very happy! You should definitely give it a try too. Oh, and I didn't wear makeup at the time. Instead, I used a zinc cream to brighten my complexion.
