I tried about ten scalp shampoos that claimed not to cause itchiness, but they all left my scalp itchy. Then, thanks to the Beauty Bar recommended by a friend, I’ve become someone whose scalp itches less; it’s not expensive, and the best part is that it doesn't use plastic and can be used to wash my face and body all at once! It’s not that stiff for a soap, either. It’s about the same level as a shampoo with really good cleansing power.
