Hair Toner Recommendation!

I bought this during my trip to Germany. Honestly, I heard this brand's shampoo is good for women's hair loss management, so I went crazy and stocked up on it at a German store like Olive Young just based on the color. But when I got back to Korea, I found out it wasn't shampoo, but a toner.

Apply the liquid to the scalp by dabbing it on and massage it in with your hands. I need to take care of it.
