You have all probably heard at least once that drinking water is really good for your skin and health.
I find myself forgetting often too, haha.
So I fill a large tumbler with water and refill it twice a day, in the morning and afternoon.
I found that eating like this made me drink a little more water.
I think it is best to drink bottled water.
