Have you heard of forehead lifts? For those who make a lot of facial expressions when smiling or have deep wrinkles between their eyebrows, the procedure uses an endoscope to visualize and tighten the forehead. I've seen this done quite often, and it seems patients are very satisfied. Also, since it can be done under local anesthesia, I don't think there is much to be afraid of, even though the price is a bit high.
