Back when cushion foundations were all the rage... I didn't even know I had to wash the puff, so I just used it.
In that dirty state ㅠㅠ I suffered a lot because my skin broke out.
As I started exercising and sweating every day, my skin gradually recovered!!!!!
Of course, I also consistently worked hard on my skincare.
Since then, I've been trying to exercise at least 3-4 times a week, so my body is healthier and my skin is getting better—it's killing two birds with one stone.
