Beauty... Hair loss concerns.

I am concerned about hair loss. I have heat-induced hair loss, a seborrheic scalp, and hereditary male pattern baldness. I used to take Propecia and am currently taking Dutasteride, but despite this, my hair is thinning and falling out. I am thinking of trying a cooling shampoo or a hair loss shampoo, so I would appreciate your recommendations on which ones are effective.
