A product to spray on the bed before going to sleep

What product do you spray before bed? I think L'Occitane products are good, too... I want to get a good night's sleep with a nice scent. Since it's summer, I wake up frequently, so the quality of my sleep has been very poor lately. I like woody scents, and I'd appreciate it if it wasn't too heavy!
