Sharing my aftercare tips for mole removal.
The first is scab management.
Scabs may form within about two weeks after the facial mole removal procedure.
If you forcibly remove the scab, the unhealed wound may become infected or scars may form on the skin due to inflammation.
Therefore, please avoid touching the scab as much as possible and allow it to fall off naturally.
The second is UV protection.
Red marks may appear after the procedure and will naturally disappear over time.
However, exposure to ultraviolet rays may lead to red marks resulting in pigmentation.
To prevent hyperpigmentation, you should apply sunscreen frequently, and it is also a good idea to thoroughly block UV rays using tools such as hats or parasols.
The third is a playback tape.
The regenerative tape acts as a protective barrier until the wounded area heals after facial mole removal procedures.
Therefore, unless pus leaks and makes the tape dirty, keeping the healing tape on helps with faster recovery.
Even when washing your face, you should apply a protective tape to prevent direct contact with water, and it is advisable to replace it with a new one after washing.
