You sweat a lot on hot days like these, don't you?
At times like that, I go to a gym with the air conditioning blasting and work out intensely on cardio like the treadmill or bike,
I think sweating is the easiest way to improve your skin texture!!
It's so hot these days that I've been working out hard on the treadmill at the gym. Since I drink plenty of water and sweat a lot while exercising, I haven't been getting many breakouts and my skin texture has improved!!
Since I exercise at least three times a week, I think my skin has improved a lot, perhaps because it helps flush out waste products frequently.
Taking inner beauty supplements is good, but I think working up a sweat through exercise is the best method haha.
