I tend to apply sunscreen every time. It might be a bit of a hassle, but I think it's important because UV rays have a huge impact on skin aging.
The last point is to avoid alcohol and tobacco. Even if you don't smoke, you inevitably end up drinking due to social life; however, if you drink as little as possible and only when absolutely necessary, I think it will help prevent aging in the long run.
