맞아요 저도 아침에 일어나면 찝찝해서 양치부터 먼저해요
I brush my teeth as soon as I open my eyes in the morning.
It is intended to eliminate oral bacteria that multiply while sleeping. If you do not gargle or brush your teeth, you end up ingesting those bacteria. Of course, it does not have a harmful effect on the body, but I have heard that it contributes to an imbalance in the gut microbiome.
