Great Value Eye Makeup - VDL

The chunky pearl shimmer is so pretty!

I bought this a while ago at a VDL store in a department store, and I use it sometimes when I want to treat myself.

The application is less smooth than fine particles, but the color payoff is good and the pearl staying power is amazing.

And it sparkles so obviously lol. It makes everything look so radiant~

I don't tend to wear a lot of makeup, so adding a pop of color like this occasionally really lifts my spirits.
