맞아요 아침에 잠깐 스트레칭만 해도 개운해지더라구요
I start by stretching when I wake up in the morning!!
It feels like my body got some rest while I slept, haha.
When I wake up in the morning and use my body, I feel incredibly stiff!!
I do my stretching in front of a mirror!!
If I do it in front of a mirror, I can see myself, so I pay a little more attention to my posture.
You can feel your body relaxing as you watch your muscles and body move.
You don't have to do anything elaborate; just a light loosening up makes you feel incredibly refreshed!
