Is around 610,000 won expensive for 10 sessions covering the entire arms and underarms? I've already had one session with Apogee Plus.

It has absolutely no effect. I'm wondering how much treatment is usually required for the arms. I'm considering paying the 120,000 won cancellation fee and getting it done somewhere else.
