How to remove blackheads👏🏻

1) Use Vaseline.

Supplies

Vaseline, plastic wrap, cotton swabs, towel, facial cleansing products

1. Scoop Vaseline onto your nose with a cotton swab and apply it evenly.

2. Wrap the applied area with plastic wrap.

3. Heat a wet towel in a microwave for about 30 seconds, then place it on the nose for about 3 minutes.

(Although it is usually recommended to do it for more than 10 minutes, 3 minutes is sufficient to prevent heat burns to the skin.)

4. After removing the wrap, wipe away the sebum on your nose that has melted in Vaseline with a cotton swab.

5. Cleanse the nose area thoroughly.

Tip) Since Vaseline is an oil, it may not wipe off easily.

Therefore, you must thoroughly wash off the Vaseline absorbed into the pores.

In this case, if you use cleansing foam after using cleansing oil, it will wash off well.

 

2) Apply a BHA exfoliant.

 

Apply an essence (exfoliator) containing BHA (beta hydroxy acid).

This is because BHA is suitable for oily skin.

It balances skin oil and reduces pore size by removing dead skin cells that trap impurities.

I also use Paula's Choice products and apply them about twice a week.

However, cosmetics containing ingredients such as AHA and BHA may have side effects, so you must use them appropriately.
