잘 자는 게 힘든 것 같아요ㅜㅜ
Getting good sleep improves your skin too.
They say that getting a good night's sleep improves and brightens your skin.
Sleep makes up one-third of our lives. As such, sleep has a significant impact on our lives and health. On days when we do not sleep deeply or get less sleep than usual, we often experience physical fatigue and a dull complexion the next day. As sleep is deeply connected to health and skin, it must be properly managed.
If you do not get enough sleep, the body's balance is disrupted, hindering smooth blood circulation. Since nutrients and blood are not efficiently supplied to subcutaneous tissues and capillaries, it interferes with maintaining a clear skin tone. This is also the reason why the face appears dull and dry.
During sleep, our body's physical strength and energy are restored, and damaged cells are regenerated. Therefore, a lack of sleep hinders skin regeneration and leads to a loss of elasticity. Additionally, reduced melatonin secretion can worsen pigmentation issues such as melasma and freckles, causing a decline in skin tone. As such, sleep affects our health and quality of life, including our skin. In addition to getting an average of about eight hours of sleep a day, we should strive to improve the quality of our sleep to manage our skin and enhance our physical health.
