What if my skin has a cold constitution?

If you have a naturally cold constitution and cold skin, it is good to have these habits.

 

Exercising in the late afternoon is better than exercising in the early morning, and please drink warm water instead of cold water.

 

It is recommended to eat boiled or steamed vegetables rather than raw ones, and to relieve fatigue with a light nap.
