How do you manage your upper lip hair?

I tend to have very little body hair, but strangely, I have a lot on my face. I have a ton of fine downy hair on my cheeks, and I even have quite a bit of hair on my philtrum. Since the cheek hair is just downy and not very visible, I leave it alone, but the hair on my philtrum is on the thicker side, so it looks a bit unsightly if I don't trim it.

I trim my upper lip hair with an eyebrow razor every few days. How do others usually manage it?
