운동은 조금씩 조금씩늘려가시면서 하심 부담도 안되고 훨씬 편하실거같아요
I haven't been feeling well lately, so I was recommended to exercise.
However, it is hard to start exercising when I'm not used to... For the sake of my body, I am consistently and diligently doing light exercises.
I have consistently drunk 2 liters of water without fail since I was young... Water on an empty stomach is indeed sweet and delicious~ It brightens my skin tone and is good for my gut health.
