- Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before exposure to the sun and let it absorb.
- Reapply every 2-4 hours depending on the SPF level.
- Reapply more frequently when sweating or exercising.
- Please refrain from outdoor activities between 10:00 and 14:00.
- Even if you apply sunscreen, exposing bare skin is dangerous.
I need to make sure to follow this even more strictly during the hot summer..!!
