Anyone using Charmzone New Control Cream~~

I've been using Charmzone's Control Cream, but I heard it has been newly reformulated, so I bought the new version.

But moisture is supposed to form, yet it feels like it isn't forming as well as the previous one. Is it just me? ㅠㅠ

And they told me to wipe it with a tissue, but my face feels so slippery when I do.

I wash my face one more time with a foam cleanser; how do you guys do?
