They tell us to drink water often, but you know how sometimes it's hard to drink just plain water? In those moments, I buy low-calorie products like tea or kombucha and mix them up. Hibiscus tea, red bean tea, or pumpkin tea are all good options; in fact, they're actually better than just drinking water because they're good for reducing swelling and aiding weight loss. Do you guys do the same? Haha.
