As I get older, my skin inevitably loses elasticity.
I practice facial gua sha while watching TV or sitting down. I use a low neck pillow when sleeping. It was uncomfortable at first, but I’m getting used to it over time. I just can't stand neck wrinkles.
It's a very small detail, but I think it's helpful.
