Add dimension to a clean base🥚🗿 ver. Shading, Highlighter
Hello, I'm Jamong. I've joined the 4th cohort of Unnie's Pouch Supporters. I look forward to working with you today as well :)🤍
Shading, highlighter, and blush—where a fine line can make a huge difference in quality. They say a true master doesn't blame their tools, but not everyone can be a master.
I'm going to share some 🍯 tips I've discovered during my years as a makeup enthusiast!

☝🏻Wait a moment before you go in!
Never squeeze hard with your hands when using any product! Your base makeup will come off.
💬 Application area
- Nose bridge, nose tip, chin, under the lip
💬 Stick-type shading
Q. Enhancing longevity
- Stick shading - Powder - Loose powder shading
Q. Stick shading blending
- Nose 👃🏻: First, lightly stroke the desired areas. Use a cotton swab to erase any unwanted areas to define the boundaries. Once you're done, gently blend it out using the attached brush or the blending brush!
- Chin 🤔 : Draw lines mainly along the jawline (please keep them from extending too far inward towards the face) and blend with a puff.
+ Blending Puff Recommendation: Studio17 Pang Pang Jumbo/Triangle Puff
Also, if it turned out too dark, please lightly touch it up on the same day using the puff you used for your base!

✉️ The most important things in shading are the shadow color and the equipment.
If I added shadows, I should brighten them up, right? Here I go share the highlighter right away!
Highlighter
Everyone, choosing a highlighter is really tricky.
You really need all the right factors to enjoy using highlighter!
So, I’d like to explain my <standards> first.
- It will keep sparkling neatly even after time has passed.
(I use a small amount of highlighter, but it is very dependent on the base makeup and is the most prone to breaking down messily.)
- Rather than an overly cybernetic feel, it should possess both a pearly and subtle vibe.
(It should be easy to layer and style according to the mood.)
- I won't care about the price range
(I'm someone who spent more money on this than on a decent high-end highlighter while trying to save money. On top of that, I rarely reach for it. It's just going into the closet—what a waste.)
- The case will be sturdy
(Once you buy it, you'll use it for a really long time. It shouldn't break completely.)
Highlighter Recommendations
️ ☁️ Dior Backstage Glow Palette 04 Rose Gold ☁️
I highly recommend this product because it perfectly satisfies the four points mentioned earlier!
Q. Recommend a good fan brush for applying to the cheeks
- Ekmall Shine Face 11
- MAC 184 Duo Hyper Fan Brush
- The Tool Lab 160 Blusher Pan Highlighter Powder Cheek Brush
💬 Application area (optional)
- Nose bridge, nose tip, cheeks, upper lip, inner corners of the eyes
🍯Tip.
- Always use your hand on the tip of the nose, and a brush on the cheeks.
- If you apply a light layer of powder, it won't cake on the brush.
- Applying highlighter too much to the front of the cheeks can accentuate uneven texture and pores.
- The way highlighters look varies greatly from product to product, so I highly recommend testing them out before purchasing.
- It is best to apply just before you are satisfied. A slight difference can make it look too excessive.
- ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Apply just a little
✉️ For highlighters, the quality of the product itself is the most important thing.
