To make eyeliner last longer

Usually, you draw the eyeliner after foundation or eyeshadow has been applied to your eyelids, right?

Then, due to the oiliness, you may see it smudge over time.

To prevent eyeliner from smudging, spread powder with your fingers on the area where you will draw the tail of the line.

The area to be applied becomes matte, and if you draw eyeliner over it, it lasts longer and hardly clumps.
