충분한 수면은 피부와 건강에 좋고 가장 기초인것같아요
Honestly, since I haven't been able to sleep and have been staying up late lately, my skin has become dry and dull and has gotten worse.
I think getting a good night's sleep and going to bed between 11 PM and 2 AM is the most important thing!
But my daily routine just doesn't work out that way... haha
