How to prevent eyeliner from smudging

Before drawing eyeliner, dab fine powder onto the area where you will draw the eyeliner with your fingertip.

If you rub it before drawing, there is absolutely no smudging or clumping!

It is recommended when using liquid or brush pen liners rather than pencils, and you should apply a thin layer to remove only oil.

Please note that you can draw without any choppy feeling.

I recommend applying it with your ring finger, which is the weakest finger.
