I've heard that people instinctively reach for their hands when they're nervous or feeling anxious. But it turns out that can actually serve as a massage.
I heard that massaging the entire ear, including firmly pressing the protruding front part of the earlobe and the back, can be a form of anti-aging therapy, so lately I've been diligently pressing and massaging them whenever I have free time or a thought crosses my mind. Come to think of it, some of my acquaintances who have a habit of touching their ears do seem to look quite youthful.
