Mascara Smudging Tip

Is there anyone who says their mascara smudges no matter what they use?

Even waterproof products didn't work for me.

I even tried using a product that is supposedly famous and requires a dedicated remover, but it didn't work.

In the end!! The solution I found was clear mascara!!

If you apply clear mascara over mascara after applying mascara, it won't smudge.

If you turn into a panda like me, give this a try.
