How do you all remove earwax?

I used to remove earwax myself at home about once a month using an earwax remover, but an acquaintance told me they go to an ENT clinic every few months to have it removed. I was skeptical at first, but after looking into it and learning that digging it out incorrectly on your own can cause damage, I have been going to the clinic ever since. Since the clinic safely removes it using instruments like suction, I recommend going to the hospital if possible. The cost isn't too burdensome either.
