My immune system is a bit weak, and when I get stressed, my gastritis flares up and I get pimples on my face.
I usually drink a slice of lemon instead of water, or store-bought concentrated lemon juice mixed with water.
In winter, I drink it with lemon and ginger to help keep my body cool.
Sometimes I also drink persimmon leaf tea and green tea, which are good for skin immunity.
