I am trying to refrain from late-night snacks.
Get up, warm your hands, and massage your face for about 5 minutes.
For your morning face wash, mix milk or green tea powder into lukewarm water.
I tend to take about 30 minutes to remove my makeup thoroughly.
Doing facial muscle exercises for about 10 minutes helps get rid of wrinkles.
The most important thing is that I don't touch my face with my hands.
