IOPE PDRN Caffeine Shot

It has a texture that is somewhere in between a toner and a serum.
It wasn't sticky and absorbed quickly, so it was really convenient to use.
I'm using a small amount, letting it absorb all over my face!
It doesn't really have a scent, but I have high expectations because I heard it is effective for wrinkles and lifting.
I'll have to use it consistently to see results, but I'm using it because I trust IOPER.
