I'm not sure if I'm using the hair care products correctly.

For a very long time, I always maintained my hairstyle by getting straightening treatments. However, as I got older, my hair started falling out and thinning, so I lost the desire to get straightening treatments. So, for the past few years, I have been getting perms with added curls, and this is the hair care product that the salon owner recommended. She told me not to use the essence I used for straightening. That is why I have been using this product ever since. I have been using it because she said it maintains curls well and provides nourishment... but my hair has been constantly frizzy, and it doesn't feel particularly moisturized after applying it anymore. I am wondering if this product is useful for curl perms or if it is just a product for creating shapes.
