I've been consistently drinking apple cider vinegar mixed with water because I heard it helps stabilize blood sugar levels if consumed before or within 20 minutes after a meal. It was hard to drink at first, but now I don't feel any discomfort at all. Haha, the benefits of vinegar are amazing.
