This is a cushion puff I bought at Olive Young. When using cushions, I do wash the puff, but after a while, it gets a hassle to wash it every time, so I found it more convenient to just replace it with a new one. That is why I bought and am using a new puff. It feels like it adheres firmly to the skin, helping the cushion to stick better.
