I recommend a matte highlighter for sunken cheeks or areas where shadows form.
I tend to have hollow cheeks, so I've always been self-conscious about that area after applying makeup. Even when I try shading, there are limits, so I've always been very worried about it.
Since I recently discovered matte highlighters, it has definitely eased my worries, so I highly recommend them!!
The matte highlighter I use is Etude House's What's In My Eyes 'I'm Fine Thank You'!
I tried it on a friend's recommendation too, and it was really good!!
I use it together with a brush that looks like this!! I bought it at Daiso!
Besides sunken cheeks, I found it also great to apply to dark circles, the under-eye area, and the inner corners of the eyes!!
No matter how much makeup I applied, I was really worried about hollow cheeks, but thanks to this matte highlighter, I've eased my worries a bit haha.
