What if you brighten up the under-eye area and use an aegyo-sal product?

It looks brighter and better.

I first brightened it up with the Art Class Slit Liner.

Then, I found it good to use a frottage pencil for under-eye makeup.

Both are Too Cool products, so they are good to use together.
