가끔 저도 이렇게 마사지해야겠어요
3-Minute Acupressure Method for Vibrant Skin
1) Wanguis: Back of the neck area
The center of the concave area on the protruding bone behind the ear is the Wangol point.
Wangu point is where the trigeminal nerve, one of the cranial nerves leading to the face, passes through. Applying pressure to the Wangu area clears the mind, relieves fatigue, and increases facial elasticity.
2) Baekhoe: Head area
The Baekhoe acupoint is the point where an imaginary line connecting both ears meets an imaginary line connecting the hairline to the most protruding part of the back of the head.
Frequently massaging the Baekhoe acupoint not only clears the mind but also helps improve blood circulation in the face.
3) Yintang, Taiyang: Facial areas
Indang is an acupoint located in the exact center between the two eyebrows.
Massaging along the eyebrow line from the glabella to the Taiyang point, the indentation in the temple area, helps the heat accumulated in the face to escape effectively.
4) Seungjang, Hagwan - Facial area
Massage gently from the Chengjiang acupoint, located below the center of the lower lip, up to the jawbone below the cheekbone.
You can expect the effect of increasing the elasticity of the cheeks, and it helps improve blood circulation in the face.
