My skin texture disappeared after I reduced my sugar intake.

This is my own unique skincare routine: I try to cut down on sugar in my diet as much as possible. Quitting sweet instant coffee mixes and snacks was a real ordeal at first, but after about a month, the tiny bumps on my face completely disappeared.

 

I heard that sugar destroys skin collagen and accelerates aging, and it seems that is really true. Instead, since I started eating fresh vegetables and fruits, my complexion has become clearer and my body feels lighter. It seems that nourishing the body from the inside is just as important a part of skincare as applying products to the outside.

    커피는 물론 요리할 때도 스테비아로 대신 해서 요리 하니까 넣는 양도 확 줄고 건강에도 좋은 거 같더라구요
