겨울이라고 해가 없는것도 아니고 자외선이 없는것도 아닌데 방심하게 돼요
Most people know how to apply sunscreen, but it is difficult to stick to. While it is considered essential in the summer, it is actually a must-have not only for the summer but also in the winter.
In the summer, everyone—regardless of age or gender—slathers on sunscreen because it can get sunburned, red, and damaged. However, it is essential to apply it throughout all four seasons, including winter, just like in the summer. I have heard that UV rays, the main culprit behind skin aging, are actually more severe on cloudy days than on very sunny ones. So, do not avoid applying it just because it is cloudy; instead, you should pay even more attention to it.
These days, sunscreens come in spray or stick types, making them easy to apply and convenient to carry. There's no need to feel uneasy applying it with your hands; you can just spray it on in the restroom and you're done. I also spray it on after lunch or before leaving work. Since sunscreen is said to be good not only for UV rays but also for preventing blemishes and skin anti-aging, let's not let it be a hassle and make it a habit to apply it.
