Skincare items recommended by an intelligent college student

Hello, I'm a beauty enthusiast and college student! Ever since I was young, I've had really oily skin—just as greasy as Saudi Arabia 😅 Since I've been interested in taking care of myself since childhood, I can guarantee that I know oily skin types inside and out!

I am writing this post because I wanted to share my know-how with you all!!

First up is Round Lab Birch Mineral Sunscreen.

These days, sunscreen is the only skincare item that needs to be applied consistently, regardless of age or weather, to slow down the aging process. It is easy to apply daily; while it does leave a slight white cast, it looks natural. The texture isn't runny, but it feels just right without feeling heavy or cakey. It suits me so well that I have never experienced any skin issues while using it. Since it uses minerals to block oil, it is perfect for oily skin and is said to be a gentle product!

Second is the Blanc Nature Sebum Zero Air Fit Cushion. I tried this cushion after being recommended by an acquaintance. It was my first time hearing the brand Blanc Nature, but I learned it is a famous company that focuses on acne! Since most people with oily skin tend to have acne-prone skin, I decided to introduce the Blanc Nature Sebum Zero Air Fit Cushion. I enjoy trying out various cushions and have always used different ones, but after using the Blanc Nature Sebum Zero Air Fit Cushion, I have settled on this one! It’s even better because they give you a refill when you buy it, so it’s like killing two birds with one stone. The only downside is that it isn't sold at Olive Young and is only available online 🥲. It applies really well to every corner of the face, doesn't settle around the nose, and doesn't leave a severe white cast, so I use it every day! It falls somewhere between matte and dewy, but if I had to choose, I'd say it's matte.

Finally, it's the Senka Perfect Whip Facial Wash!

Senka Perfect Whip Facial Wash is a Japanese product that became famous at Don Quijote for its great value, but you can also find it at Olive Young 🤗 It has excellent cleansing power, enough to eliminate the need for double cleansing, and produces a massive lather even with just a fingernail-sized squeeze; it is a foam cleanser loved by famous 4th-generation idols. The only downside seems to be that due to its powerful cleansing, it can cause inner dryness even for those with extremely oily skin like me if you don't apply skincare immediately afterward. Thanks to this, I feel like I get fewer breakouts.
