The Ultimate Value for Money! An Honest Review of 3 Daiso Beauty Items
Hello~!! This is Yeonyeon25, a member of the 9th Unnie's Pouch Supporters~!!
I heard that Daiso's beauty items are becoming much more diverse and the quality is improving these days.
I was curious too, so I bought three products from Daiso!
I’ll tell you in detail what it was like!
1. Twinkle Pop Tangle Jelly Pot 01 Peony Angel (3,000 won)
When you open it, the product looks like this, and personally, it gives off a similar vibe to the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask!
It had a clean, no-frills feel to it!
Actually, since my personal color is Summer Cool, I tried testing products in the store to purchase the shade that is best suited for cool tones...
Shade #1 is the closest to that vibe, but... how should I put it... there isn't a color that's a perfect match for cool tones, so personally, I felt the color options were a bit lacking.
I tried swatching the color directly on the back of my hand and also applied it directly to my lips.
It was a color with a slightly deep grapefruit feel!
Actually, as soon as I first saw the name "Twinkle Pop Tangle Jelly Pot," Pyu's Jelly Pot came to mind first.
When compared, the shine itself didn't lag far behind, and it felt like the unique, pretty, bouncy shine was really well preserved!
So, to sum it up...!
Twinkle Pop's Tangle Gelling Pot had such a beautiful texture and shine that it was hard to believe the price was only 3,000 won, but since the color range isn't very diverse, I think I would use it more if more colors were released in the future haha.
2. Tag Slim Brow Pencil 01 Dark Brown (3,000 won)
The second product is Tag's Slim Brow Pencil in color 01 Dark Brown.
I usually use slim brow pencils to draw my eyebrows thin and delicate.
I was curious to see what Daiso's Slim Brow Pencil was like, so I bought it to give it a try!
Actually, before buying this product, I thought that since the price was low, it might not have a built-in screw brush.
Contrary to my expectations, it was the type of brow pencil we commonly see!
I compared Tag's Slim Brow Pencil with the Lilybyred Skinny Brow Pencil I used to use, and the thickness felt similar!!
I wondered if it was cheap because the portion was small, but that wasn't the case either haha.
I swatched it on the back of my hand, and since it applied quite smoothly, I personally thought that Tag's Slim Brow Pencil has product quality good enough to rival even the more expensive products sold at Olive Young!
I confidently recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable brow pencil!!!!
3. thebom Aegyo-sal & Eye-opening Pencil_Beige (2,000 won)
The last product is thebom Aegyo-sal & Eye-opening Pencil in Beige, the most affordable among the products introduced today!
The product itself was in the form of a basic pencil eyeliner.
Just like with the eyebrow product, I checked the quantity, and it was more than enough without any issues!
I tried swatching it directly on the back of my hand and also applied it to my under-eye area.
I really liked how it naturally added volume to my under-eye area... and it applied smoothly without feeling stiff at all!
The Bom Aegyo-sal & Eye-opening Pencil in Beige felt a bit like a concealer pencil, so I tried using it to cover blemishes. While it didn't perfectly conceal large, dark spots, it did cover the smaller ones!!
So, I think it would be great to carry just thebom Aegyo-sal & Eye-opening Pencil around and use it as both an aegyo-sal pencil and a concealer pencil-!!!
So, today I reviewed three budget-friendly beauty items from Daiso.
It really exceeded my expectations, so I think I will likely buy Daiso products often in the future!
I'll be back next time with even better information-!!! Bye~!!!!!
