(I tried it myself, and if you wait 15 minutes in the bathroom, it doesn't harden well due to the moisture!!)

When the carotene pore mud pack completely hardens like this, it becomes a state where it does not stick to your hands!
At this point, you can remove the carotene pore mud pack by rolling it with lukewarm water.

I didn't scrub it off right away, but used the slipperiness of the carotene pore mud pack
I also do facial gua sha massage, and the swelling really goes down noticeably!!
