I make sure to drink a glass of water and take probiotics on an empty stomach when I wake up.
Also, when washing off makeup, I try to get rid of even the smallest residue by rolling it in with cleansing oil first, and then rolling it again with cleansing foam lol.
After washing my face, I soak a cotton pad with toner and wipe it one more time. That way, I feel like my makeup has been completely removed.
