I've been doing this routine for years.
I can definitely feel my skin getting better and things improving in many ways.
And in the morning, I also have a warm cup of rooibos tea. It has a nice, savory flavor.
After lunch, I have a cup of hibiscus tea, which is said to cut through grease and be good for body fat.
Also, I make sure to exercise for at least 30 minutes after 7 PM for my figure ^^ For a nice body~
